The Shoxl for Klipboard e-commerce platform adds e-commerce functionality to your Klipboard environment. You keep working the way you always have, and simply gain a new sales and service channel. Klipboard handles orders from the shop in the same way as orders from other channels.

Through the customer portal, they get insight into their order status and order history, plus several features for entering orders quickly. PIM for Klipboard
Good product data is the basis of every successful webshop. The Shoxl PIM system gives you one central place for all the commercial product information you need in your shop but cannot easily store in Klipboard. The PIM system works closely with your Klipboard installation. Assortment changes in Klipboard automatically appear in the PIM system, so you can add to the information.
Integration with Klipboard
Shoxl can be integrated with all versions of Klipboard, including ERP One, Kerridge K8, Kerridge Wholesale, AGP Trade, Dimasys and Unit4 Dibis. Which data can be retrieved in real time and which in batch depends on many factors. Get in touch and we will look at the options in your specific situation.
Integration highlights
The options differ per Klipboard installation, but in broad terms the integration will look like this.
Products
Every new product in Klipboard automatically becomes available in Shoxl PIM, where you can add all the information the shop needs. Products that are blocked in Klipboard disappear from the shop straight away.
Customers
New customers in Klipboard appear in Shoxl shop management after the batch import, and can create their own password in the webshop. Customers can be blocked in Klipboard or directly in Shoxl shop management.
Prices
The ERP cache makes all price conditions available to the shop, following the Klipboard pricing logic in full. Customers without a customer number see gross prices.
Orders
Orders from the shop appear in Klipboard almost immediately, where they go through the normal order process. Order confirmations are sent by the shop or by Klipboard, whichever you prefer.
Our Unit4 Dibis (now Klipboard Wholesale) installation works flawlessly with the shop of our subsidiary Van der Peijl, www.techniek.nl. Even complex authorizations are no problem at all.
