The company is now an established name in the sector of industrial clothing.
Nowadays, Tricorp is also the main sponsor of football club Willem II, ice hockey team the Trappers, and Dakar rider Frans Verhoeven. So, A popular name in the sports world.
For the management and distribution of product data, Tricorp has relied on EZ-base for many years. This datapool was also used as the basis for its own webshop. With the growth of the company, however, the need arose for more PIM facilities than a data pool can offer. For that reason Tricorp switched to Perfion
Shoxl shops are headless and have a standardized interface to PIM systems. The switch to a different PIM system has no consequences for the shop - a good illustration of the vendor independence embedded in the Shoxl architecture.
ERP and customer portal
Tricorp uses Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly: Axapta). Again, this is a standard Shoxl interface. Major upgrades of the ERP system therefore have no consequences for the shop, which can continue undisturbed.
Through the Shoxl customer portal, accounts receivable always have full insight into the status of their own orders, invoices can be downloaded, customer-specific price lists are available in PDF and Excel format, and repeat orders can be made quickly. The self-activity of customers reduces the pressure on the back office, which thus frees up the hands for a further increase in customer satisfaction.
Support for dealers
The Tricorp webshop is primarily there for the Tricorp dealers. They order there, and find all the materials needed to sell the Triorp product lines.
However, Tricorp does more than that for its dealers. Active marketing puts the brand on the market, and makes it easy for prospects to request a quote from one of the affiliated dealers. Tricorp thus generates turnover for its dealers, which of course immediately leads to a stronger link between Tricorp and its sales channels.
Like every webshop, the Tricorp shop wants to enthuse, and to market the Tricorp brand. This requires extensive and visually attractive content. For dealers who are already familiar with the product range, however, the standard ordering process is a stand-in for the quick and easy entry of an order. The different user groups of the shop therefore have different requirements.
For this reason, the webshop offers everyone who already knows what they want, several possibilities to quickly put together an order. Examples are uploading a CSV file with article numbers and numbers, and being able to enter at once the quantities one wants to order of the different size variants of a product.
Visually attractive design
Tricorp - like any brand manufacturer - pays a lot of attention to creating a strong image towards the target group. Visual material plays an important role in this. This can also be seen in the webshop.
Shoxl shops offer complete freedom of design. All pages are responsive by default, so they adapt to the device on which they are viewed. This also applies to the content that marketing staff add themselves.
Our shop works flawlessly with our Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) installation. For a fast growing company like Tricorp this is essential.
