Your role

As an E-commerce Implementation Specialist you are responsible for rolling out and configuring our e-commerce platform and for supporting its use. You work closely with customers to translate their wishes into concrete solutions and provide support with technical questions.

With your technical knowledge and analytical skills, you make sure our customers get the most out of our systems.

Your responsibilities

In your role you are active in three areas: configuring shops and portals, supporting users and informing customers about the platform's new capabilities.


Implementing shops and portals

  • Responsible for deploying and configuring e-commerce shops and portals.
  • Advising customers on the best configuration options and improvements.
  • Testing customer-specific configurations and rolling out new releases.

Handling the support desk

  • First point of contact for customer support requests.
  • Monitoring and meeting service level agreements and response times.
  • Analysing and independently handling support requests.
  • Working out requirements for new features and passing them on to the product owner.

Account management / Customer Success

  • Proactively keeping in touch with existing customers.
  • Proposing and implementing improvements and new features of the Shoxl e-commerce platform.

Your profile

Our ideal candidate looks like this.

  • Insight into and knowledge of e-commerce: you have a good understanding of the e-commerce sector and its processes.
  • Technical skills: you have enough technical background to communicate well with the dev team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: you have strong analytical skills and solve problems effectively.
  • Commercial affinity: you have a feel for commercial opportunities and can translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Customer focus: you focus on delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Open, friendly and positive attitude: you have a positive and approachable attitude towards both customers and colleagues.

Architecture

You have completed a degree at HBO level (ICT, Commercial Economics with a digital specialization, or similar).

If you bring one to two years of relevant experience in a similar role, that is an advantage, but we are also open to people starting out on the job market.

You will find Shoxl at a central location in Eindhoven (the "De Witte Dame" building), within walking distance of Eindhoven station. That makes us easy to reach by public transport. Another advantage of this location is that we are within walking distance of all the nice places for our Friday afternoon drinks.
